Interesting that she says in this season she should have more muscles in her upper body. Her arms are already one of the most muscular I've see on any Asian physique competitor! Was even more shocked that she said her legs were fat. SERIOUSLY?
Her legs are super toned, especially those diamond shaped calves!!
Her coach tells her that in order to have a more muscular upper body she should bench press at least 70 kg, dead lift at least 100 kg and overhead shoulder press of at least 40 kg. Holy crap, those weights are HEAVY!! Especially if you consider she's a slim physique competitor not a hulking FBB.
